Help With Medical Expenses for Steve Schoenfelder

We could use some help for Our dear friend and his family , Steve (Schoeny) Schoenfelder from Mitchell, SD was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. This family is been through some very rough times these past couple of years. He is married to his wonderful and bubbly personality wife Lyndia and they have 2 very outgoing and loving sons, Max & Beau and they also have several fur friends at their house that they foster. His wife Lyndia just beat the heck out of Breast Cancer the last couple of years, and she is a survivor. Shoeny and the boys were there by her side the whole time during her treatment. I know that Lyndia and Max and Beau will be there by Schoeny's side through his treatment.
Any one who knows Steve, knows him by the nick name (Schoeny). He is fun loving guy at heart and everyone loves his out going spirit and loves being around him. He is also very well known to most people in the game of Billiards in South Dakota, North Dakota and many other states, as the go to guy for fixing your pool sticks and selling you new equipment. His business and passion is Cue Sales and Service he also loves playing the Billiards game either 8-ball, 9 ball, 10 ball. Many years ago he owned a business in Mitchell called Sound Pros. We are hoping that we can help him & his family out for his future medical bills and travel expense that they may incur during his fight with this cancer.
As of right now, he is doctoring in Sioux Falls, SD, there is no cure for this cancer but there is a treatment they are going to try. He is getting a port put in on Friday March 5th 2021, so that he can begin Chemotherapy no set date for the chemo treatment yet. On Monday March 8th 2021 they will have a teleconference with doctors to setup a treatment plan for rounds of chemotherapy. His wife Lyndia has kept us up to date on the Dr's treatment plan. With chemo treatment and other treatment options it can be treated as a chronic illness, it will all just depend on how he reacts to the chemo. The chemo treatments can be done in Mitchell, SD close to home. After 3 months the Dr's will repeat another scan to see if this treatment is working. He also has received meds from the treating doctors to help him to be able to eat. Over the past several months he has been dealing with weight loss and not being able to eat very much.
We could really use all the support for our dear friend Schoeny and his family right now as they travel down this rough and rocky road they have ahead of them. This family would give the shirt off their back for anyone. So let's all get together and help this fun loving guy and his family out.
